Includes inventory forms giving agencies' names, types of records, dates, quantities, contents, arrangements, indexing, sizes, and additional information. Arranged by county and then agency. Also contains notes on agency histories. The surveys for Allegany, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Garrett, Howard, Washington, and Wicomico counties were published.
